Deletion Policy

In short: This policy explains how to request deletion of your Selig Labs account and what happens to your data when you do. Selig Labs is provided by Selig Labs, Inc (“we”, “us”).

You can request deletion of your account in either of these ways:

• In the app: go to Settings and select Delete Account. Please follow the prompts to complete the deletion.
• By email: send a request to privacy@seliglabs.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

When your request is processed, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number, login credentials)
• Profile information (photo, preferences, settings)
• Content you created in the app
• Device identifiers and usage data linked to your account

You will no longer be able to sign in, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

We may keep limited information when needed for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Legal and regulatory obligations: for example, transaction or billing records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
• Security and fraud prevention: for example, records of the deletion request itself.
• Backups: data in backup systems is deleted on our regular backup cycle.

Any retained information is used only for these purposes and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when your account has been deleted.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel them through your store account to avoid further charges.
